I have been actively involved with the Miss Beer Cart event for the last three years. This event has grown considerably over the years due to its popularity. "What a wonderful way to spend the day!" has been voiced by a majority of the golfers.
This event has drawn much interest from golf courses in Southeastern Wisconsin. These boundaries continue to expand each year because of the publicity and advertisement received for each golf course representative/Miss Beer Cart Girl Representative.
The following is a list of events that each Miss Beer Cart Representative must complete:
1) Speed, quantity & neatness of the beer cart.
2) Beer cart driving test that is judged on speed, agility & accuracy.
3) Individual question & answer session with a panel of judges.
4) Distance & accuracy of driving a golf ball.
5) Individual votes by each of the golfers that participated in 18 holes of golf that afternoon.
At days end, all votes and judging is tallied while a beautiful dinner and raffle is being conducted in the main dining room at Scenic View Country Club. The entire event is capped off with crowning a new Miss Beer Cart Girl. Sound like fun? It's a blast!! Ask anyone that has attended.
In closing, I would strongly suggest that you get your entry form in early because again last year this event sold out. Hope to see you there!
